KVAC is a blank check company incorporated in the British Virgin Islands as a business company with limited liability for the purpose of effecting a merger, share exchange, asset acquisition, share purchase, recapitalization, reorganization or similar business combination with one or more businesses or entities (the “target”).
Our efforts to identify a prospective target business will not be limited to a particular industry or geographic region, although we currently intend to focus on sourcing opportunities that are in biotechnology, consumer goods, or agriculture, evaluated based on sustainability and environmental, social, and corporate governance (“ESG”) imperatives.
